Room prices are based on two people sharing, unless otherwise stated and includes full english or continental breakfast.

On arrival, unless by prior arrangement, all rooms will be available from 3.00pm. On departure, please vacate the room before 11.00am.

For all advance bookings, we require a 25% deposit, refundable only if 48 hours cancellation notice is given. For less notice, our cancellation policy is 75% of the rate.

To confirm your booking, please advise us of your credit/debit card number, together with the expiry date, or send a cheque made payable to D.C. & L. Bolton or Southcroft B &B. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Barclaycard, Switch, Delta and American Express. Cash or cheque, with a guarantee card, can also be used for final payments.
